Beginners
This specially designed course is tailor made for complete beginners to jiu jitsu and combat sports in general.
You'll learn the basic positions, movements, and concepts of jiu jitsu without any expectation to spar - although you certainly can if you want to! By the end of the course, you'll be ready to continue your journey in fundamentals classes.
This course runs in blocks, and while you can join partway through, we recommend starting at the beginning to make the most of it.

Fundamentals
Build and reinforce the foundations for your jiu jitsu journey by learning about the positions you will encounter in almost every roll. You'll be taught general principles to apply, how to attack and defend against sweeps and submissions, as well as details that will help you progress your skills.

Level up your skills
All levels
Learn advanced techniques and nuanced details to help you step your game up. You'll be taught principles and techniques from less common positions, as well as more unconventional techniques from positions you find yourself in all the time.
Stress test the lesson

Test out what you've learned with positional sparring designed to reinforce the techniques you've been drilling.
After practicing against a willing partner, try out the lesson's techniques and positions against a resisting opponent and see if you can make it work under pressure. Iron out issues with instructors on hand to answer any technique specific questions that pop up.
These classes go hand-in-hand with the preceding lesson, so we recommend attending only if you were there for the class before.

Competition
Classes specifically tailored to those preparing to compete, with high-octane drills, intense sparring, and competition relevant principles and techniques.
This class assumes a solid grasp of grappling fundamentals, and focuses on helping you perform at your best when the stakes are high.
Hone your submission grappling
No gi
Available in both all levels and competition classes, no gi grappling is a fast growing jiu jitsu variant with applications in both sport and self defence. It is a fast paced discipline, emphasising wrestling and submissions. You'll learn principles and techniques that aren't reliant on the gi, and techniques only allowed under no gi rulesets.
Sharpen your standup
Wrestling
Learn how to manipulate the fight from standing and bring things to the mat on your terms. You'll be taught how to attack and defend takedowns, how to control your opponent's upper and lower body, and how to dominate the start of the engagement, as well as how to improve your wrestle-up game to make sure you finish those sweeps.
